Terms & Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all sales.
All orders will require a signature on receipt.
We will endeavour to deliver within 7 to 14 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
Returns & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order you may do so up to 48 hours after you have placed your order by calling or emailing us.
All items purchased via distance selling may be cancelled or returned at any time up to seven days from the day after receipt by informing us within that period that you wish to do so.
If after cancellation the goods purchased via distance selling have been delivered, they must be returned in good condition with original protective packaging via an insured courier or insured post. All returns will incur a returns fee of 25% of the purchase amount.
All paintings are sent in a hardboard folder to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event of your package arriving with visible damage please sign for as "damaged in transit" and call or email with details within 24 hours of delivery.
Prices
The right to alter the prices advertised on this website at any time is reserved.
Prices exclude delivery charges which vary depending on painting size and delivery Country. Delivery prices are calculated automatically from the delivery Country entered at the checkout. For customers outside the EU, any and all applicable import duties and customs charges shall be borne by the customer.
General
All orders placed through this website will be subject to these terms and conditions of sale and by placing an order you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
The laws of England govern these conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Data Protection
We have to process, store and forward your data to third parties who are directly involved with your order eg. carriers. By placing an order with us you agree to your data being processed by us, our agents and partners.
We will not pass your details to third parties for the purpose of marketing or distributing sales or promotional materials.
We do not process your credit/debit card payments nor do we have access to your credit or debit card details. We only use an accredited payment process provider such as Paypal.
Reservation of Copyright
Andi Lucas retains all rights to all images including copyright, reproduction rights and all intellectual property rights.
